Gin, maraschino and a whisper of violette — floral, tart and faintly sky-blue.
Ingredients
- ◆1 1/2 oz gin
- ◆1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
- ◆1/4 oz creme de violette
- ◆1/2 oz lemon juice
Method
- 1Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- 2Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
PRO TIP
Go easy on the violette — a few millilitres too many turns it to soap.
