Gin, maraschino and a whisper of violette — floral, tart and faintly sky-blue.

Ingredients

  • ◆45 ml gin
  • ◆15 ml maraschino liqueur
  • ◆5 ml creme de violette
  • ◆15 ml lemon juice

Method

  1. 1Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
  2. 2Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

PRO TIP

Go easy on the violette — a few millilitres too many turns it to soap.
