Ingredients
- ◆3 oz prosecco
- ◆2 oz aperol
- ◆1 oz club soda
Method
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add prosecco, then Aperol, then a splash of soda.
- 3Stir gently once.
PRO TIP
Prosecco first so it doesn't foam over when the Aperol goes in.
