Aperol Spritz
Low, fizzy and sunset-orange — the easiest aperitivo to love.
Ingredients
- ◆90 ml prosecco
- ◆60 ml aperol
- ◆30 ml club soda
Method
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add prosecco, then Aperol, then a splash of soda.
- 3Stir gently once.
PRO TIP
Prosecco first so it doesn't foam over when the Aperol goes in.
Garnish — Orange slice
Paper Plane
Equal parts bourbon, Aperol, amaro and lemon — a modern classic that's bitter, bright and balanced.
Ingredients
- ◆30 ml bourbon
- ◆30 ml aperol
- ◆30 ml amaro
- ◆30 ml lemon juice
Method
- 1Shake all four equal parts with ice.
- 2Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
