A tall, fizzy gin sour — lemonade with a backbone, built for the porch.

Ingredients

  • ◆1 1/2 oz gin
  • ◆3/4 oz lemon juice
  • ◆1/2 oz simple syrup
  • ◆to top club soda

Method

  1. 1Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
  2. 2Strain into an ice-filled highball.
  3. 3Top with club soda and stir once.

PRO TIP

Build it tall — the soda is half the drink.

Garnish — Lemon wheel and cherry
