Ingredients
- ◆2 oz rye whiskey
- ◆1 oz lemon juice
- ◆3/4 oz simple syrup
- ◆few drops egg white
- ◆1/2 oz red wine
Method
- 1Shake whiskey, lemon and syrup with ice.
- 2Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- 3Float the red wine over the back of a spoon.
