A dry, grapefruit-and-maraschino daiquiri — supposedly the author's preferred, sugarless version.
Ingredients
- ◆2 oz white rum
- ◆1 1/4 oz grapefruit juice
- ◆1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
- ◆1/2 oz lime juice
Method
- 1Shake all ingredients with ice until cold.
- 2Strain into a large chilled coupe.
