Tonic Water cocktails

Tonic water's bitter quinine backbone makes it one of the great mixers — crisp, slightly sweet, and built to stand up to bold spirits. Its most iconic pairing remains the Gin & Tonic, a combination that has outlasted every trend.

✦ Proven classicEasyHighball

Crisp, juniper-forward and effervescent — the most quietly perfect highball.

  • 50 ml gin
  • 150 ml tonic water

Method

  1. 1Fill a highball with plenty of ice.
  2. 2Add gin, then top with chilled tonic.
  3. 3Stir once, briefly.
