Ingredients
- ◆50 ml pimm's no. 1
- ◆150 ml lemon-lime soda
- ◆3 ribbons cucumber
- ◆2, sliced strawberry
- ◆1 sprig mint
Method
- 1Build Pimm's over ice in a highball.
- 2Top with lemonade.
- 3Pack in the cucumber, strawberry and mint.

Drown it in fruit — cucumber is non-negotiable.
