Ingredients

  • ◆40 ml cognac
  • ◆120 ml ginger ale
  • ◆1 dash angostura bitters

Method

  1. 1Hang a long lemon-peel spiral over the rim of an ice-filled highball.
  2. 2Build cognac and ginger ale over the ice.
  3. 3Add a dash of bitters if you like.

PRO TIP
