Cognac and ginger ale under a long spiral of lemon — an easy, old-fashioned highball.


Ingredients

  • 40 ml cognac
  • 120 ml ginger ale
  • 1 dash angostura bitters

Method

  1. 1Hang a long lemon-peel spiral over the rim of an ice-filled highball.
  2. 2Build cognac and ginger ale over the ice.
  3. 3Add a dash of bitters if you like.

PRO TIP
